1. Who we are

YuniPlug ("we", "our", "us") is a multi-campus marketplace built for students, landlords, agents and vendors associated with supported institutions.

2. Information we collect

We collect: account information (name, email, phone, role); KYC verification documents (ID card, selfie, school email); listing content (photos, descriptions, prices); transaction history; messages exchanged between users; device and usage logs.

3. How we use your information

To verify your identity, operate listings, enable enquiries and in-app chat, prevent fraud, moderate the marketplace, provide customer support and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

4. Sharing

We share only what is necessary with: payment processors (to collect platform access and subscription fees), our hosting & database providers, and law enforcement when legally required. Counterparties to a deal see your display name, trust score and the relevant enquiry details.

5. Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active. KYC documents are retained for as long as required by Nigerian KYC/AML regulations. You can request deletion at any time via Contact.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for non-essential processing. Email us at hello@sacoetec-hub.app to exercise these rights.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit. KYC documents are stored in private buckets with access restricted to admins. We use row-level security on all user data tables.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (auth session) and anonymous analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice 14 days before they take effect.
