Does YuniPlug take a commission on my sales?
No. YuniPlug is a communication-first platform. You chat with students on the platform and get paid directly — we don't hold funds or take a percentage. Our revenue comes from optional vendor subscriptions, promoted listings and ads.
Can I start for free?
Yes. Every landlord, service provider and student seller starts on a free plan with a set number of active listings and full chat access. Upgrade only when you want more listings, visibility or analytics.
What's the Early Adopter plan?
It's an invitation-only launch plan for selected early vendors, granted by our team. It gives unlimited listings and a verified profile during the launch period at no cost.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard's Subscription & Growth section at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
